I just wanted you to know that I really appreciate the agent referral you gave me. My home was headed to Foreclosure and Susan Hamilton did a wonderful job in selling my home in Roseville. She was very very diligent and thorough. She took on a headache by listing this “short sale”. She was very persistent with my lender, even when they consistently did not return her calls. It was truly a headache for the both of us, as the process went on for months. She was very determined, and it paid off. I think she deserves to e recognized for it.
If Susan had not been so heart-felt and dedicated to the sale of the house, I would have a foreclosure on my record right now. If I ever buy or sell a home in the area again, I will definitely call her for assistance.
